Sophie (S. Sophia) has had her litter of beautiful babies. 5 boys and 2 girls. The first photos are on the 'Current litters' page... scroll down to click on the file. Feel free to ring Jan on 01984 656524 if you would like to be considered for one of these pups.

We are KENNEL CLUB ACCREDITED BREEDERS.

This means that we adhere to the KC rules and regulations regarding the welfare standards of our dogs and ensure that we have our dogs & bitches health screened... including hip scoring and eye testing.

We are also members of different Golden Retriever Breed Clubs and as such adhere to their 'Codes of Ethics' regarding the health and welfare of our dogs and bitches.

Janet is a trainer for the Taunton Obedience Club, following the 'KC Good Citizens' course. She is also a qualified Kennel Club assessor for the scheme.

She is also a 'B' list judge. She has judged all over the UK, including a breed club show and also in Spain.

I (Julie) am currently the Newsletter Editor for South Western Golden Retriever Club (formerly the Membership Secretary as well). Also currently the Assistant Secretary for Wiveliscombe and District Ringcraft Club and Supermatch Secretary.  I am also a qualified Kennel Club assessor for Good Citizens Scheme and have run Good Citizens training classes for many years achieving Bronze, Silver and Gold level with my own dogs, plus training others to achieve the same.

I am also a 'B' list breed judge, have judged all over the UK, including most gundog breeds and Junior Handling. I have handled clumbers, cocker spaniels and papillons to success.

There are currently 7 girls & 1 boy in Somerset and 5 boys in Devon making a mad total of 13 dogs! These range in age from Rosie who is 12 years young to 9 month old Phoebe. Most weekends and during the holidays, they all get together to play and enjoy each other's company.
